on our Press brake that has a capacity of 500 ton at 18 feet.

to an inside radius of 24 inches. This part has been welded after
the initial rolling, and then re-rolled to ensure roundness. Rolling
heavy duty plate is one of our specialties at Jorgenson Metal
Rolling & Forming, we also roll beam and channel both the
easy way and hard way. We also have a Custom Metal Fabrication
department located in our facility.

Plate Rolling
This is 3/8” thick plate rolled to 180 degrees. This plate
was also sheared to size and punched. Plate shearing and punching
are a part of our full service custom metal fabrication department,
which is located in the facility. Rolling plate is just one of

do sheet rolling, angle rolling and channel rolling.
