These are two pieces of 1.0” thick x 48” plate rolled to an inside radius of 24 inches. Our shop also has the ability to do plate rolling up to 1.0" thick and 10 feet in width. At Jorgenson Metal Rolling & Forming, we not only specialize in rolling heavy duty plate up to 1.0” thick, but also angle rolling, channel rolling, beam rolling, pipe rolling as well as structural shape rolling.

		These parts are rolled from 18ga sheet metal that was perforated, and are rolled to an inside radius of 6”. Sheet metal rolling is just one of our specialties here at Jorgenson Metal Rolling & Forming. We also specialize in sheet metal bending and plate bending with a bending capacity up to 500 tons by 18 feet. Our rolling department also specializes in structural steel rolling including flat bar rolling, angle iron rolling, beam rolling, channel rolling, as well as pipe rolling & tube rolling.

This is 3/8” thick x 48” plate rolled to an inside radius of 12 inches. Our shop has the ability to do plate rolling up to 1.0" thick and 10 feet in width, and plate bending on our Press brake that has a capacity of 500 ton by 18 feet. At Jorgenson Metal Rolling & Forming, located in Santa Ana, California, we specialize in rolling all shapes including angle rolling, channel rolling, beam rolling, pipe rolling as well as square and rectangular tube rolling.		This cylinder was made with 1/4" rolled plate that has been welded. The base is made from cut plate that is punched all the way around and welded to the cylinder. The top of the cylinder is flared using 1/4" flat bar that has been rolled the hard-way using a special technique to form a complete ring that could be welded to the cylinder. Here at Jorgenson Metal Rolling and Forming, we specialize in all aspects of custom fabrication as well as metal rolling and forming. 		These are two different cylinders that have been rolled using 14ga stainless steel sheet metal. The larger cylinder has an inside radius of 12” and the smaller has an inside radius of 6”. Both parts were also welded completely at the seem to form a complete cylinder in our custom fabrication department. We specialize is both rolling & bending of sheet metal and steel plate. We do press brake bending using our 500 ton 18 foot press brake which can do up to 1/2 ” thick plate bending, and we also can do plate rolling up to 1” thick by 10 feet wide.

These are 1/2” thick plates rolled to an inside radius of 5 inches. Our shop also has the ability to do plate rolling up to 1.0" thick and 10 feet in width, and plate bending on our Press brake that has a capacity of 500 ton at 18 feet. Plate rolling is just one of our specialties at Jorgenson Metal Rolling & Forming, we also specialize in rolling angle, channel rolling, beam rolling, pipe rolling as well as square and rectangular tube rolling. We also have a custom metal fabrication department in our facility that can handle all of your metal fabrication and welding needs.		This is 3/8” thick plate rolled to 180 degrees. This plate was also sheared to size and punched. Plate shearing and punching are a part of our full service custom metal fabrication department, which is located in the facility. 		This is 3/16” thick x 48” plate rolled to an inside radius of 30 inches. This plate has been rolled into a complete cylinder and has been tack welded in our custom metal fabrication department. At Jorgenson Metal Rolling and Forming we have a complete custom metal fabrication department that can do various types of welding such as Tig welding, Mig welding, and Stick welding. We also specialize in rolling all structural shapes such as angle rolling, channel rolling, beam rolling, pipe rolling as well as square and rectangular tube rolling. This is 1” thick by 6” plate rolled to an inside radius of 24 inches. This part has been welded after the initial rolling, and then re-rolled to ensure roundness. Rolling heavy duty plate is one of our specialties at Jorgenson Metal Rolling & Forming, we also roll beam and channel both the easy way and hard way. We also have a Custom Metal Fabrication department located in our facility.		This is 1/2” x 3” flat bar rolled to 180 degrees. Rolling flat bar is one of our specialties at Jorgenson Metal Rolling & Forming, we also do angle rolling, beam rolling and channel rolling, all of which we can roll both the easy way and hard way. We also have a Custom Metal Fabrication department located in our facility to handle your shearing and welding needs.
