Pipe Rolling
This 2.0" sch 40 pipe is rolled to a 22 foot radius. We
do Pipe bending and also pipe rolling in Steel, Aluminum and Stainless
Steel. Jorgenson Metal Rolling & Forming specializes in rolling

These are three pieces of 2 1/2” sch. 40 stainless steel pipe that had been rolled to a full 180 with a 6” inside radius at the bend, and each part has two equal length legs that are straight per our customer’s specifications. These are 2" x 2" square tubes with a 1/4" wall thickness that have been bent. Rather than rolling these to a gradual radius, these tubes have been bent to a specific angle per our customer’s specifications. Tube and Pipe Bending and Tube and Pipe Rolling are often used to describe the same process but they differ from each other in what the desired outcome actually is.
