1” Solid Aluminum Square Bar Rolled to Complete Rings
This is 1” x 1” solid aluminum square bar rolled to rings with an inside radius of 6”. Square bar rolling is one of the many shapes that can be rolled to rings at Jorgenson Metal Rolling & Forming, as well as round bar rolling, square and round tube rolling, and channel and beam rolling. We specialize in rolling all of these shapes to form custom rings, half rings or sections to be used as flanges, saddles, collars, supports or hoops.

These are 1 5/8” OD stainless steel tubes rolled to complete rings to be used in an application where the material is exposed. These rings were rolled and welded to form a complete one-piece ring per the customer’s needs. This is 1” thick by 6” plate rolled to an inside radius of 24 inches. This part has been welded after the initial rolling, and then re-rolled to ensure roundness.
